1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stash is a cloud-based inventory management platform that allows businesses to track items, manage stock levels, organize locations, and generate reports. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

  • Founder Plan: $29/month or $290/year (up to 3 users)
  • Growth Plan: $79/month or $790/year (up to 10 users)
  • Founding Member Plan: $15/month or $150/year (limited to first 50 customers, locked in for life)

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) are prorated automatically
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. User Seats and Team Management

Each plan includes a specific number of user seats. The account owner can invite team members up to the plan limit. If you need more seats, you must upgrade to a higher plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

7. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Stash. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Export: You can export your data at any time through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Stash and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Support is provided via email and our in-app messaging system.

10. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice when possible.

11. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except:

  • If we terminate your account without cause
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws
  • At our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances

If you are not satisfied with the Service, please cancel before your next billing cycle.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stash harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law
